Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. aged 6 to 18 years (including 6 and 18 years), regardless of gender; 1. confirmed diagnosis of intermittent exotropia with a visual distance exotropia of 10 ? to 30 ? measured by alternate trigeminal masking test after masking the non-dominant eye for 30 minutes (if the patient has uncorrected refractive error, the refractive error must be corrected for at least one week before examination) 3. in-office control scores of 1~3 for both distance and near vision (measured 3 times by the same examiner within 30 minutes, with at least 2 scores meeting the requirements; if the patient has uncorrected refractive error, the refractive error must be corrected after at least one week of examination); 4. no previous strabismus-related treatment (both surgical and non-surgical) other than correction of refractive error, and no current desire to undergo strabismus surgery; 5. best corrected distance visual acuity in both eyes = 0.8 with a difference of < 2 lines; 6. post-ciliary muscle palsy optometry with equivalent spherical degrees between -6.00D and 0 in both eyes with a difference of less than 2.50D; 7. no previous visual function training of any kind; 8. Patients and their guardians understand the content of the program, and those who need visual function training can carefully follow the requirements of the medical prescription to complete visual function training, and can regularly attend follow-up examinations.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. vertical strabismus >5?; 2. combined vertical separated strabismus or vertical non-common (e.g. A-sign, V-sign); 3. presence of diplopia; 4. combined with nystagmus; 5. history of congenital glaucoma, congenital ptosis, lacrimal sacculitis, trauma and other organic pathologies in either eye; 6. the presence of photophobia and tearing in either eye due to diseases such as keratitis, conjunctivitis, entropion of the lid, etc; 7. the presence of a history of other systemic diseases such as tumors, heart disease, hypertension, epilepsy, mental illness, etc; 8. the presence of implanted electronic devices in the body, such as pacemakers 9. the presence of vertigo, fear of heights or traumatic brain injury 10. other conditions that the investigator believes that the patient should not participate in this trial for safety reasons or for the benefit of the patient.
