Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: ? Age =60 years old; ? Patients with histologically, pathologically or cytologically diagnosed cancer who are receiving 2 or more courses of chemotherapy; ? clear mind, question and answer to the point; ? the disease is known; ? Patients voluntarily participated and signed the informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: ? There are tumor brain metastases; (2) A history of mental illness; ? mental retardation; Have been diagnosed with anxiety and depression and are receiving treatment.
