Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Inclusion criteria for long-term Tai Chi practitioners: (1) Age 50-80, male, with at least 10 years of Tai chi training. (2) No history of respiratory diseases or cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases. (3) There was no pain in lower limb joints during or after Tai Chi training. (4) Practice Tai Chi at least twice a week, and each training is not less than 60 minutes. (5) Volunteer to participate in the research of this project and sign the informed consent. 2. Inclusion criteria for Tai Chi beginners: (1) Age 50-80 years old, male, Tai chi training duration is longer than 1 month and less than 3 months. (2) No history of respiratory diseases or cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases. (3) There was no pain in lower limb joints during or after Tai Chi training. (4) Practice Tai Chi at least once a week, and each training is not less than 60 minutes. (5) Volunteer to participate in the research of this project and sign the informed consent.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: (1) Practice other exercises other than Tai Chi or related training, such as Ba Duan Jin, mindfulness meditation, yoga, etc. (2) Regular exercise except Tai Chi for a long time. (3) all kinds of acute, infectious, infectious diseases, visceral insufficiency. (4) Other diseases of the nervous system or musculoskeletal system affect Tai chi practitioners, such as stroke and other neurogenic joint diseases, fractures, rheumatoid arthritis and other patients. (5) Severe cognitive impairment, Montreal Cognitive Assessment (MoCA>18 points). (6) Those who cannot cooperate with the test for other reasons.
