Conventional Therapy Group:Conventional manual therapy, physical therapy and deep neck muscle training
Sensorimotor control training group:physical therapy, manual therapy and sensorimotor control training, sensorimotor control training mainly includes proprioceptive training, oculomotor training, bala
combined therapy group:Patients in the combined treatment group underwent manual therapy, physical therapy and deep neck muscle training followed by sensorimotor control training.

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: ? Having independent symptoms of neck and shoulder muscle pain, stiffness, and limitation of movement ? physical examination of signs such as neck muscle tension and local pressure pain; ? VAS score = 3; ? having neck pain for at least 3 months continuously or cumulatively within the past year and having neck pain within the past month [13]; ? Age between 18 and 35 years; ? Understanding, agreeing to see this study and signing the informed consent form;

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: ? cervical fracture, trauma, infection, tumor, etc; ? other types of cervical spondylosis (neurogenic cervical spondylosis, spinal cord type cervical spondylosis, vertebral artery type cervical spondylosis, sympathetic type cervical spondylosis, mixed type cervical spondylosis) ? women during pregnancy or lactation; ? Neurological disorders (Parkinson's disease, stroke, Alzheimer's disease, epilepsy, and neurological infections); ? Patients with severe visual, hearing, or cognitive impairment; ? having received treatment for neck pain within the past month;
