18 Years to 65 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) All patients are diagnosed as moyamoya disease by DSA according to the "Interpretation of the Treatment Guidelines (Japan) in 2012"; (2) All patients and family members accept surgery according to their own wishes and actual condition, and sign the informed consent. (3)presence of hemodynamic compromise; (4) no contraindication of MRI; (5) older than 18 years.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) Poor quality of DSA and magnetic resonance images; (2) Known contraindication to MRI; (3) Prior bypass surgery; (4) History of Moyamoya syndrome, immune system disease, Down syndrome, or sickle cell disorder, etc.
