18 Years to 80 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients with chronic kidney disease; 2. Aged 18-80 years old; 3. PRL examination has been performed; 4.Baseline values of estimated glomerular filtration rate (eGFR) ranged from 15 to 60 (ml/min*1.73m2). 5.At least two hospitalizations before and after 12 months.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: ? Kidney transplant patients; ? Patients with acute kidney injury; ? The use of drugs affecting the secretion of sex hormones: bromoquintine, risperidone, olanzapine, quetiapine, haloperidol, paroxetine, clomipramine, domperidone, ranitidine, verapamil, labelolol, cocaine, morphine, metoclopramide, etc.; (5) Severe cardiopulmonary insufficiency; ? Complicated with the following diseases: pituitary tumor, acute infection, malignant tumor, adrenal insufficiency, hypothalamic tumor, sarcoidosis, histiocytosis, cirrhosis ? Pregnant or lactating patients; ?Baseline values of estimated glomerular filtration rate (eGFR) range below 15 or above 60 ml/min*1.73m2; ? There were less than two hospitalizations before and after 12 months, or no serum PRL was detected during hospitalization.
