Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1.Age =18 years old and <70 years old; 2.Subjects have undergoing Cardiovascular surgery under cardiopulmonary bypass(including heart valve surgery, coronary artery bypass grafting (CABG), off-pump CABG, aortic surgery), discharged from ICU and stable condition without serious complications meet these standards: systolic blood pressure 90-140mmHg; in resting state, oxygen saturation=93% (without oxygen inhalation); resting heart rate 60-100 beats/min. 3.Clear consciousness, no history of mental illness, have a certain communication and understanding ability. 4.Patient was independent with basic activities of daily living including the ability to ambulate independently prior to admission. 5.After informed consent and signed an informed consent form, they voluntarily participated in this research project.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1.Postoperative hemodynamic instability(systolic blood pressure150mmHg; sever abnormal electrocardiogram such as arrhythmia ); During exercise systolic blood pressure continuously>160mmHg, after resting 30min blood pressure still >130/80 mmHg. 2.People with obvious mobility impairments,combined with medical contraindications for physical activity(such as deep vein thrombosis of lower extremities, bone and joint disease,unstable angina, severe uncontrolled arrhythmia etc.) 3.Pre-existing and postoperative complications of severe liver, kidney, lung and cerebrovascular diseases, such as acute kidney injury, lung infection, cerebral infarction, etc. 4.Unable to cooperate with the investigators due to other serious complications after surgery.
