Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Women with singleton pregnancies who are naturally conceived, intrauterine pregnancy diagnosed within 10 weeks of pregnancy, registered and delivered in our hospital 2. Age 20-45 years old. 3. No other pregnancy complications such as heart disease, diabetes, thyroid dysfunction, intrahepatic cholestasis, and other metabolic diseases. 3.NO combined medical disease . 4. Regular prenatal check-ups, complete clinical and follow-up data, pregnant women and their family members have good communication and understanding skills, and can actively cooperate with clinical follow-up work.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1.Multiple pregnancy. 2.Combined with other diseases. 3.Unwilling or unable to sign informed consent. 4.Fetal chromosomal abnormalities or intrauterine death.
