Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Patients who met all of the following enrollment options were eligible for inclusion in the study: 1. 18-80 years old; 2. Patients undergoing endoscopic retrograde cholangiopancreatography due to choledocholithiasis and completion of lithotomy or patients with unexplained bile duct stenosis who plan to undergo endoscopic retrograde cholangiopancreatography; 3. Suitable and the subject is willing to accept confocal laser microendoscopy with biliary pancreas probe for diagnosis; 4. Willing to follow research procedures; 5. Willing to sign a written informed consent form
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Patients with any of the following symptoms will not be included in the study: 1. Subjects contraindicated by ERCP surgery; 2. Patients with known allergic diseases, decreased renal function or asthma as contraindications for injection of fluorescein; 3. Allergic to fluorescein dyes; 4. People with coagulation disorders; 5. Emergency ERCP patients; 6. Pregnant or lactating women; 7. Duodenal papillary stenosis; 8. Other patients considered unsuitable for the study by the researchers, such as some hilar cholangiocarcinoma with high risk of infection.
