Interventions

Acetaminophen Mannitol Injection:The patients received paracetamol mannitol 500 mg intravenously 15 minutes before anesthesia induction and 15 minutes after operation, and acetaminophen mannitol 500 m
normal saline:Patients received intravenous infusion of 100 ml of the same volume of physiological saline at the same time point
On the first day and the second day after surgery, 100 ml of physiological saline of the same volume were intravenously administered.

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) Thoracic surgery patients who meet the surgical indications; (2) Gender unlimited; (3) Age 18-65 years old; (4) Association of Anesthesiologists (ASA) grading I-III; (5) Volunteer to receive treatment and sign an informed consent form.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) Emergency surgery; (2) Patients who did not undergo surgery during hospitalization; (3) Preoperative pulmonary infection or uncontrolled acute lung disease or acute exacerbation of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD); (4) Not awakening after surgery; Perioperative death during automatic discharge; (5) Clinically diagnosed with severe coagulation dysfunction; (6) Severe postoperative brain, liver, and kidney dysfunction; (7) Serious infectious diseases, etc; (8) Incomplete clinical data; (9) Drug use or long-term use of psychotropic substances; Long term use of steroid and hormone drugs. (10) Gilbert syndrome; Insufficient liver glutathione reserves caused by chronic malnutrition, anorexia, overeating, or cachexia; Glucose-6-phosphatase dehydrogenase deficiency (which may lead to hemolytic anemia).
