Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: The diagnosis of the disease meets the 2011 criteria of the American Spinal Injury Association (ASIA),ASIA grade A-D. The diagnosis of the disease meets the diagnostic criteria for neuropathic diagnosis of the International Pain Society (IASP) Score on the Simple Mental State Scale (MMSE) =22 They are between 20 and 70 years old Sign informed consent

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Contraindications for rTMS, see guidelines Current use of any drugs that may interfere with TMS treatment History of psychiatry Severe pain in any part of the body caused by another disease Malignant tumor
