Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1: Traditional or modified medial gastrocnemius myocutaneous flap was used to repair the skin and soft tissue defects of the lower leg, knee and lower leg. 2: The data is complete and the follow-up time is greater than 6 months. 3: No related basic diseases affecting the survival of the flap (such as diabetes, peripheral vascular diseases, etc.)

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1: Repair the defects with cross leg or double pedicled gastrocnemius myocutaneous flap 2: Incomplete data, follow-up time less than 6 months
