Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged over 20 years (including 20 years old), gender is not limited; 2. Local permanent residents; 3. Voluntarily participate in the project and sign the informed consent form.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Heart attack (myocardial infarction, malignant arrhythmia) in the past 3 months; 2. Hospitalized for heart disease within the past 1 month; 3. Chest, abdomen, or eye surgery in the past 3 months; 4.Previous lobectomy; 5. Severe diseases of the heart, brain, liver, kidneys, or blood systems; 6. Malignant tumors newly discovered and being treated; 7. receiving anti-tuberculosis drug treatment or active pulmonary tuberculosis; 8. History of mental disorders, auditory hallucinations, visual hallucinations, or taking antipsychotic drugs; 9. History of cognitive disorders,including dementia or cognitive disorders; 10. History of high paraplegia; 11. Pregnant or lactating women.
