Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1.Any histological subtype of newly diagnosed epithelial ovarian cancer, primary peritoneal cancer, or fallopian tube cancer, suitable for first-line chemotherapy patients; 2.Age range from 18 to 70 years old; 3.The ECOG score is 0-2 points, and the expected life is at least 3 months; 4. Receive first-line chemotherapy after surgery: carboplatin and paclitaxel; 5.Doctors approve participation in moderate intensity exercise; 6.Patients are able to read, write, and understand Chinese; 7.Understanding ability and willingness to sign informed consent form; 8.Patients are willing to undergo two or more venous blood draws for research; 9.For patients who plan chemotherapy or have already started chemotherapy, participants must be enrolled before the start of the second chemotherapy cycle; 10.Normal or slightly abnormal blood routine (white blood cell count=3000 cells)/uL. Absolute neutrophil count=1500cells/uL. Platelet count=70000 cells/uL. Hemoglobin concentration=8.0g/dL), normal or slightly abnormal liver function, and normal or slightly abnormal renal function.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1.Patients have psychological disorders (hospital anxiety and depression scale=11 points); 2.Patients have a history of surgery, abdominal fistula or gastrointestinal perforation, active bleeding or potential bleeding and had symptomatic CNS metastasis within the first 28 days; 3.Patients have a history of severe liver and kidney dysfunction, uncontrollable blood pressure diabetes; 4.Patients have a history of other cancers and the disease-free period of other cancers was less than 5 years; 5.Patients have a history of severe endocarditis, acute pericarditis, severe aortic valve stenosis, severe lower limb vasculitis or limb dysfunction, acute pulmonary embolism or pulmonary infarction, severe arrhythmia and other diseases; 6.Patients have a history of physical disabilities; 7.Patients have a history of dementia, restlessness, and mental disorder; 8. The patient has a history of Endocarditis, Acute pericarditis, severe Aortic stenosis, severe lower extremity vasculitis or limb dysfunction, acute pulmonary embolism or pulmonary infarction, severe arrhythmia, etc;
