Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Age = 65 years old 2. ASA II to IV 3. Non cardiovascular surgery patients undergoing general anesthesia with Tracheal intubation
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Unstable cycle Hypotension before induction (MAP = 55mmHg/SBP = 90mmHg/) Uncontrolled hypertension 2. Proposed double lumen Tracheal intubation 3. Allergies to Lidocaine 4. Epidural combined general anesthesia surgery 5. Anesthesia induction scheme not applicable to this experimental design
