Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients undergoing elective abdominal surgery under general anesthesia; 2. Age > 18 years ; 3.ASA grade I to III; 4. In line with ethics, patients volunteered to be tested and signed informed consent.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with difficult airway 2. Coagulopathy or epistaxis; 3. Severe cardiovascular, pulmonary, liver or kidney diseases; 4. Patients with oral, nasal or throat infection or cancer; 5. Increased intracranial pressure; 6. Multisystem trauma; ASA grade IV or above 7. Patients allergic to propofol, egg, soy, or egg white; 8. Patients enrolled in other studies within 30 days; 9. Other investigators considered it inappropriate to participate in the study.
