Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: (1) Aged 18-65 years; ASA Grade I-III patients (2) had normal liver and kidney function and were scheduled to be hospitalized for =48h after surgery; (3) The lower abdomen or pelvis, open or endoscopic surgery was performed. (4) There was no history of allergy to the drugs used in this study.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: (1) Refuse to sign informed consent or participate in the study. (2) Have severe circulatory insufficiency, arrhythmia (especially bradycardia), hypovolemia, shock, coronary instability, autonomic neuropathy with orthostatic hypotension. (3) Mental illness and chronic pain that may confuse analgesia. (4) inability to communicate or difficulty communicating. (5) have blood pressure Or severe risk of elevated intracranial pressure (6) poorly controlled or untreated hypertension > 180/100 MMHG (7) untreated or undertreated hyperthyroidism.
