16 Years to 60 Years
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients who received outpatient complex tooth extraction surgery, the treatment time was 30min-2h; 2. Age 16~60 years old; 3. 18 kg/m2=BMI=30kg/m2; 4. ASA?~? ; 5. Agree and sign the study informed consent.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. History of nervous system; 2 Have serious systemic disease ASA level III or above; 3 known allergy to drugs or local anesthesia drugs; 4 Pregnant or lactating patients; 5 Refuse to be treated under sedation; 6 Suspected or have a history of alcohol or drug abuse; 7. Periodontitis and other emergency period of wisdom tooth extraction; 8 Allergic to acetyl anilides and NSAIDs; 9. Participated in other clinical trials within the last three months; 10 Contraindications in the use of relevant drugs in this study, such as those with impaired liver and kidney function.
