Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Healthy synchronized swimmers with about four years of training.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Metabolic disorders, endocrine disorders, abnormal lung function, heart disease, respiratory disease, gastrointestinal disease, diabetes, hypertension, etc..
