Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: HP present infection: Patients who meet one of the following four criteria can be identified as Hp present infection: (1) Positive bacterial culture; (2) histopathological examination and rapid urease test were positive; (3) If the results of histopathological examination and rapid urease test are inconsistent, further non-invasive testing, such as C13 breath test or fecal antigen test, is required; (4) When peptic ulcer bleeding, either histopathology or rapid urease test positive. Duodenal ulcer: Stage A ulcer was diagnosed by endoscopic imaging and confirmed by pathology. Refractory duodenal ulcer: After A regular course of anti-HP and anti-acid therapy, the duodenal ulcer was still in stage A. Healthy children: non-HP infected healthy children of the same age as the experimental group who came to our hospital for physical examination.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: (1) Probiotics and antibiotics were used 2 weeks before fecal sample collection; (2) History of cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases, malignant tumors and chronic infections; (3) patients with obvious abnormal blood glucose, blood lipid and liver and kidney function; (4) Patients with anaphylactoid purpura, eosinophilic gastroenteritis, inflammatory bowel disease and other acute and chronic gastrointestinal diseases; (5) overeating, hunger strike, eating disorders; (6) Helicobacter pylori sterilization treatment within six months.
