65 Years to 85 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: ? Sign informed consent; ? Older than 65 years; ? ASA grade II to III; ? Patients who plan to undergo elective thoracic surgery

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: ? ASA>III; ? Patients with contraindications to regional block technique (allergy to local anesthetic, infection around puncture site and coagulation disorder); ? Have a history of dependence on painkillers; ? Dementia patients or cognitive dysfunction (positive CAM scale, MMSE scale score less than 24 points); ? Any cerebrovascular accident occurred within 3 months, such as stroke, transient ischemic attack (TIA), etc ? Anyone with difficulty in communication.
