Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: (1) Cervical cancer is diagnosed by pathology, and radical operation of cervical cancer is planned; (2) The prediction result of the risk prediction model is 1; (3) The professional titles of the surgeon are the chief physician or deputy chief physician of the same department; (4) No radiotherapy was given before operation, and the urinary function was good; (5) Age =18 years old, =80 years old, willing to participate in this study and sign the informed consent form.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: (1) The scope of operation is limited, which has little effect on postoperative urinary condition, including cervical conization and cervical excision. (2) Patients with malignant tumors in other parts are diagnosed at the same time; (3) Preoperative urinary system diseases, including urinary tract malformation, obstruction and stenosis, lead to abnormal urination; (4) Ureteral fistula, vesicovaginal fistula or cystostomy after operation; (5) Patients with serious primary diseases such as cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases, liver, kidney, endocrine and blood system diseases and mental system diseases; (6) Patients with unstable condition or poor general condition. Patients with urinary retention due to reasons other than gynecological surgery, such as spinal cord injury and brain diseases; (7) Those who are currently participating in or have participated in other clinical trials within one month before this study.
