Interventions

Control group:10 minutes of regular joint mobility training and 30 minutes of occupational therapy, once a day, five times a week, for a total of three weeks
Experimental group 1:10 minutes of regular joint movement training plus digital left and right ferrule training, sequential lift training, color fruit handling training, once a day, 40 minutes at a ti
Experimental group 2:10 minutes of regular joint activity plus half an hour of variable priority dual-task training, once a day, 40 minutes at a time, 5 times a week, for a total of 3 weeks

18 Years to 100 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1): Age > 18 years old, diagnosed by clinicians and diagnosed with stroke hemiplegia by head CT or MRI examination 2): Stable vital signs, no worsening of neurological symptoms 3): Consciousness is clear, MMSE score >24, can understand the instructions of the rehabilitation therapist 4): Informed consent, voluntary participation in this study 5): Upper limb (excluding hands) motor function Brunnstrom stage > 3 grade

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1): Those with severe inflammation or dislocation of the shoulder 2): Patients with severe hearing, visual impairment or aphasia that prevent them from completing training 3): Improved Ashworth grading< Level 2, active and passive activity difficulties 4): Patients complicated by other orthopedic diseases such as fractures and need joint immobilization
