18 Years to 100 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: ?Age=18 years old; ?Total knee replacement and total hip replacement due to osteoarthritis; ?Patients with hip fracture (femoral neck fracture, intertrochanteric fracture, subtrochanteric fracture), pelvic fracture, lower limb fracture to undergo internal fixation surgery; (4)Routine anticoagulant preventive measures were taken after surgery.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: ?Total knee or total hip revision;?Multiple, open fractures; ?Pathological fracture; ?Tumor type prosthesis replacement; ?Unicondylar replacement of knee joint.
