Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.ASA classification: Level I-III 2.BMI:18–30kg/m2 3.Patients with primary or secondary hepatic carcinoma undergoing CT guided microwave ablation

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Preoperative neurological, psychiatric, and cognitive impairment 2.Severe cardiovascular, cerebrovascular, and blood diseases 3.Oral analgesics 4.Abnormal coagulation function 5.Allergies to local anesthetics and contrast agents 6.Local or systemic infection at the puncture site
