Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: ?Age 18-80 years old, gender is not limited ?Patients with acute myocardial infarction who can undergo PCI ?Patients with Qi deficiency and blood stasis who meet the TCM differentiation; ?Volunteer to be tested and sign informed consent ? Those who have not received Yixin Prescription treatment before

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) Patients with severe pulmonary insufficiency; (2) Patients with serious primary diseases such as heart, liver, brain, kidney and hematopoietic system, and psychosis; (3) There is controversy over the differentiation of TCM classification; (4) Women who are pregnant or planning to become pregnant or lactating; (5) Those who are known to be allergic to such drugs and have severe allergies; (6) Patients who have participated in other clinical drug trials in the past 3 months; (7) Unable or unwilling to sign informed consent.
