Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Meet the clinical diagnostic criteria for alcoholic fatty liver: ? Have a history of long-term alcohol consumption, generally more than 5 years, with an equivalent ethanol amount = 40g/d for men and = 20g/d for women; or a history of heavy alcohol consumption within 2 weeks, with an equivalent ethanol amount > 80g/d. ? Serum AST, ALT, GGT, TBil, PT and other indicators may be normal or slightly abnormal. ? Typical manifestations of fatty liver on liver B-mode ultrasound, CT, MRI or transient elastography. 2. 18-65 years old, current disease cases, male or female. 3. Signed informed consent form, voluntary participation in the study.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Other subtypes in alcoholic liver disease; 2. Hepatophilic virus presenting infection, drug and toxic liver injury, autoimmune liver disease, etc.; 3. Malignancy, AIDS, pregnancy or lactation; 4. Those with incomplete data.
