18 Years to 80 Years
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1) Age = 18 years and = 80 years; 2) With Periampullary and pancreatic head cancer who underwent pancreaticoduodenectomy; 3) With NRS 2002 nutritional risk score = 3 points; 4) Without severe hepatic and renal insufficiency; 5)BMI=18.5 Kg/M2 6) With signing informed consent for treatment.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1) With Signs of allergy or hypersensitivity to soy protein, milk protein and fish protein; 2) With Lactose intolerant; 3) With poor compliance so as to unable to complete the RCT; 4) With severe gastrointestinal dysfunction and risk of intestinal fistula after gastrointestinal surgery; 5) With congenital metabolic dysfunction; 6) With unwilling to participate in the study for any reason.
