Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) Meeting the ICD-10 diagnostic criteria for major depression among psychiatric disorders (F32.2 and F32.3) (2) Age 18-65 years old (3) Junior high school or above (4) Patients with first depressive episode or relapse, drug-resistant depression, and refusing drug treatment (5) Good compliance, and can be treated according to the course of treatment

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) under the age of 18 or over the age of 65 (2) Pregnant or lactating women during pregnancy (3) with organic brain disease, epilepsy and other neurological diseases, autoimmune diseases, liver and kidney impairment, malignant tumor, serious body disease, accompanied by a personality disorder, drug and alcohol dependence, infection, poor physical quality and during the first two weeks or measurement using any of the activity of the central nervous system drugs (except for major depression treatment in the use of antidepressant drugs), etc Is not suitable for inclusion (4) Patients who have received electroconvulsive therapy in the past 6 months (5) No long-acting valium drugs were used 3 months before admission (6) A history of drug or alcohol dependence or abuse within the past 6 months (7) Shift workers
