3 Years to 12 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) ASA class I-II; (2) Age 3 to 12 years; (3) BMI <28 kg/m2; (4) Pediatric tonsillectomy or tonsillectomy with adenoidectomy under general anesthesia with tracheal intubation; (5) Have signed the informed consent form.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) Patients suffering from asthma diseases; (2) Patients with cardiac-related diseases; (3) Anatomical abnormalities of the upper airway (4) Patients with obstructive sleep apnea syndrome (OSAS); (5) Growth retardation; (6) Recent history (within 4 weeks) of upper respiratory tract infection (7) Children with severe resistance to cooperation such as crying and struggling after admission to the operating room.
