Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: (1) Patients undergoing elective endoscopic rectal surgery (2) Gender is not limited, age 65-80 years, body mass index 18-32kg/m2 (3) ASA grade I-II (4) no serious hearing, visual and motor impairment before operation; No major organ dysfunction (5) Voluntarily participate and sign informed consent
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: (1) Allergic to the drug used in research; (2) Participants in other clinical trials at the same time; (3) Preoperative psychological trauma, dementia or mental disorders; (4) serious diseases of the cardiovascular, respiratory, liver, kidney or central nervous system; (5) Patients undergoing secondary operations; (6) preoperative use of anticholinergics, sedatives or corticosteroids; (7) Abuse of alcohol, drugs or narcotics; (8) Patients who are uncooperative or unable to communicate.
