Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Patients who have at least one lacrimal gland biopsied and with histological diagnoses of lacrimal gland inflammation (IOI, IgG4ROD, SS) or lymphoma
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Use of topical/systemic antibiotics in the past 3 months before microbiome sampling 2. Infection, surgery or radiotherapy to the site of sampling in the past 3 months
