Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Antagonist regimen; 2. Fresh cycle transplants 3. Normal ovarian reserve function.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. PCOS meeting the Rotterdam diagnostic criteria; 2. Low ovarian response meeting the Bologna diagnostic criteria; 3. Patients with endometrium<7mm on HCG day; 4. Stage III or IV endometriosis.
