Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1) Patients over 18 years old and under 60 years old with imaging diagnosis of nutcracker syndrome (type I), i.e. with a maximum left renal vein flow velocity ratio or diameter ratio greater than 3:1. (Left renal vein flow rate ratio refers to the ratio of narrow segment to dilated segment in cm/sec of maximum flow rate; diameter ratio refers to the ratio of left renal vein diameter narrow segment to dilated segment) 2) Conservative treatment for 6 months is ineffective or requires surgical treatment 3) Severe clinical symptoms such as renal dysfunction, proteinuria and hematuria, or severe varicocele or severe pelvic pain in males.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1) Secondary left renal vein compression due to other reasons; Renal function damage caused by other reasons. 2) Type II nutcracker syndrome.
