Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Health examination population in the Fifth Affiliated Hospital of Sun Yat-sen University from June 1, 2022 to October 31, 2022. 2. Age: 18-65 years old.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Pregnant women. 2. Did not complete the health self-test questionnaire and height and weight measurement of the health management center. 3. Infected with COVID-19 before December 1, 2022. 4. Previous serious underlying diseases: (1) Heart failure NYHA Grade 4: inability to engage in any physical activity, such as sitting breathing. (2) Chronic kidney disease stage 5, glomerular filtration rate < 15ml/min, or has entered dialysis state. (3) Liver failure, bilirubin is more than 10 times the normal value, prothrombin time is significantly prolonged and prothrombin activity is less than 40%, there are Pointers to "artificial liver". (4) Chronic obstructive pulmonary disease, requiring long-term oxygen therapy. (5) Speech disfluency, hemiplegia and other symptoms due to cerebrovascular disease or neurological disease in the past. (6) Malignant tumors, in the treatment period of radiotherapy and chemotherapy or biological targeted therapy. (7) Have received organ transplant treatment. 5. Emergency department visits or hospitalizations for non-COVID-19 related illnesses after December 1, 2022. 6. Emergency medical treatment or hospitalization due to COVID-19 after December 1, 2022.
