65 Years to 80 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Male or female, age 65 - 80 years, BMI 18.5 - 28kg/m2, ASA I or II, Mallampati I or II

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Allergy to relevant anesthetics, impairment of vital organ function and serious abnormality of mental state; Exclusion criteria: severe hypotension (systolic blood pressure 30s or intubation times>1 time, severe hypertension (systolic blood pressure>180mmHg) or severe tachycardia (HR>120 beats/min) after intubation, new arrhythmia during induction
