Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Inclusion criteria for subjects with diabetes mellitus: (1) Those between the ages of 18 and 75 years old, of either sex; (2) Those who meet the above diagnostic criteria for diabetes mellitus in Chinese and Western medicine; (3) Subjects participating in the experiment have normal physiological status and are able to perform breath collection without difficulty; (4) All subjects voluntarily participated in this experimental study after being informed of the relevant matters of the experiment, and signed the informed consent form, and did not withdraw easily; Healthy subjects inclusion criteria: (1) Persons between the ages of 18 and 75 years, of either sex; (2) Subjects participating in the experiment have normal physiological status and are able to perform breath collection without difficulty; (3) Healthy subjects with no recent abnormal blood glucose test results and without any complications of diabetes; (4) All volunteers were informed of matters related to the experiment and determined to voluntarily participate in the experiment.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Exclusion criteria for diabetic subjects: (1) Those who do not meet the diagnostic criteria of diabetes mellitus in Chinese and Western medicine; (2) Volunteers with many years of smoking or long-term alcohol abuse, those who are taking or have been taking drugs for a long time, and those who consumed food or drinks with irritating odors before the experiment; (3) Severe cardiac, hepatic or renal insufficiency or combined with other serious systemic diseases; (4) Women who are in pregnancy or breastfeeding; (5) Subjects with psychoneurological disorders, etc. who are unable to express themselves normally (6) Subjects who are unwilling to participate in the test or do not cooperate with the test. Exclusion criteria for healthy subjects: (1) Those who meet the criteria for diagnosis of diabetes mellitus in Chinese and Western medicine; (2) Subjects who have smoked for many years or are chronic alcoholics, are taking or have been taking drugs for a long time, and subjects who have consumed food or drinks with irritating odors before the experiment; (3) Severe cardiac, hepatic, or renal insufficiency or combined with other serious systemic diseases; (4) Women who are in pregnancy or breastfeeding; (5) Subjects with psychoneurological disorders, etc. who are unable to express themselves normally (6) Subjects who are unwilling to participate in the test or do not cooperate with the test.
