15 Years to 60 Years
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1) 15-60 years of age; 2) Living together with the index case in the same household for > 48 hours (cumulative) in the month prior to the index case visit; 3) QFT results < 0.2 IU/mL; 4) Voluntary participation and having signed the informed consent form.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1) HIV infection, tumors, use of other immune enhancers or suppressants, or other conditions that may lead to immune enhancement or suppression; 2)A history of prior psychiatric illness or the presence of cognitive impairment 3)pregnant or lactating women; 4)History of tuberculosis; 5) Other conditions that the investigator considers inappropriate for participation in the trial.
