Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: ? Age = 18 years ? Patient informed consent ? Patients with donor area for all types of implant surgery ? Able to communicate accurately verbally and express feelings ? Donor area = 50cm2

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: ?Patients who are allergic to Cytoxan or Vaseline ?Patients who do not cooperate with intervention and observation ?Patients with psychological or psychiatric problems ?Patients after second or multiple implants ?Patients with combined malignant tumors ?Patients with head donor area ?Patients with combined skin diseases.
