18 Years to 80 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Age= 18 years old 2. Histopathology diagnosed as kidney cancer with vena cava cancer thrombus 3. Radical resection of renal cancer combined with inferior vena cava cancer thrombus removal according to guidelines 4. ECOG score= 1 point 5. Life expectancy of at least 3 months 6. Not accompanied by distant metastases 7. Not receiving other drugs 8. Adequate bone marrow, kidney, liver function and laboratory parameters.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: recent treatment with other medications; recent history of cardiac or vascular events; Participated in other clinical trials in the last 3 months; have no or limited legal capacity; Pezopanib, tislelizumab contraindications, allergies, adverse reactions
