Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Meets diagnostic criteria 2. Age 18-80 years old 3. The patient has multiple myeloma and peripheral neuropathy for less than 1 year 4. Voluntary signing of informed consent form

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Does not meet the inclusion criteria 2. Individuals who are allergic to the drugs in this study 3. Neuropathy caused by other diseases or drugs (such as diabetes peripheral neuropathy) 4. Patients with severe cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases, liver and kidney dysfunction, mental illness, or other malignant tumors. 5. Currently undergoing other clinical trial studies. 6. Pregnant or lactating women;
