18 Years to 80 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) Age =18 years old; (2) Primary family caregiver for individuals with dementia (family members, friends, neighbors) who provide care at least twice a week; (3) The care recipient has been formally diagnosed with dementia or has demonstrated cognitive impairment using the AD8 Dementia Screening Tool (AD8 score > 2)

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) Caregivers who receive compensation, such as nursing attendants and housekeepers; (2) Individuals with serious physical or mental illnesses.
