Intervention group:Report on hemodynamic testing (HDpro CHMP1505W). Hemodynamic abnormality were judged as the corresponding index of hemodynamic testing with 1 standard deviation higher than the norm
2.Hyper-resistance, including:
1)High arterial/aortic Stiffness Index: add calcium channel antagonists or increase doses
2)High resistance of peripheral blood vessels: add ACEI or angiotensin-converting enzyme inhibitorARB, angiotensin receptor blocker or increase doses
3.Hypervolemia: with higher thoracic blood volume standing/supine ration: add diuretic or increase doses
Combined treatment recommended as multiple abnormality exist.
Intervention group:Doctors adjust antihypertension therapy based on the drug selection process of the 2016 Chinese Hypertension Prevention and Treatment Guidelines and their own clinical experience.

Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1.=60 years old 2.The diagnosed hypertension patients and were currently on less than three kinds of antihypertensive medications for = 4 weeks with same prescription. Clinic blood pressure did not achieve blood pressure targets, and ambulatory Blood Pressure indicated early morning hypertension: 1)Clinical blood pressure: SBP=140mmHg and/or DBP=90mmHg 2)Ambulatory blood pressure: morning (2 hours after waking up) blood pressure-average SBP=135 and/or average DBP=85mmHg 3.Signed informed consent
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1.SBP(Systolic blood pressure)=180mmHg or DBP (Diastolic blood pressure)=110mmHg(clinical blood pressure); 2. Patients with instability haemodynamies such as serious main valve regurgitation 3.Severe arrhythmia such as atrial fibrillation 4.Severe pleural effusion; 5.Height 230 cm / weight 230kg; 6.With severe liver and kidney diseases, infections, tumors, malnutrition 7.With severe cardiac insufficiency and renal insufficiency, cardiovascular events such as acute myocardial infarction, acute stroke 8.Hypertension emergency 9.Secondary hypertension Patients who are contraindicated to first-line antihypertensive drugs
