Interventions
Control group:On the basis of routine nursing treatment, kosher salt hot ironing treatment was added.
Experimental group:On the basis of routine nursing treatment, the lower limbs of patients were ironed with Hongdan Sanyu Oil.

Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1) CCU intensive care patients with prolonged bed rest; 2) Aged 18-85; 3) All patients and their families sign informed consent voluntarily.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1) Patients with severe liver dysfunction, severe infection, immune dysfunction and malignant tumor; 2) Patients with consciousness disorder, cognitive dysfunction and communication disorder; 3) Patients with severe skin diseases such as lower extremity skin damage, dermatitis and psoriasis; 4) Lower extremity skin temperature perception dysfunction. 5) Patients with coagulation dysfunction; 6) Allergic to Hongdan powder stasis oil; 7) Patients during lactation or pregnancy.
