18 Years to 80 Years
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Male or female aged = 18 and = 80; 2. ECOG score= 2 points; 3. According to the 8th edition TNM stage of lung cancer according to the 8th edition of TNM staging of lung cancer by the International Association for the Study of Lung Cancer and the Joint Committee on Cancer Classification, the extensive stage SCLC confirmed by histological or cytology after first-line treatment failed; 4. PD-1/PD-L1, TMB inspection is not limited; 5. According to RECIST v1.1, subjects must have at least one measurable lesion; 6. Have sufficient organ function; 7. Patients with symptomatic brain metastases are allowed to enroll.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Tumor histology or cytopathological confirmation combined with NSCLC components; 2. History of non-infectious pneumonia requiring glucocorticoid therapy or current interstitial lung disease in the 1 year before the first administration; 3. Previous treatment with anti-PD-L1/CTLA4 inhibitors other than Cadonilimab ; 4. Have other active malignant tumors within 3 years before enrollment; 5. Active autoimmune diseases; 6. History of infectious diseases;
