Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1.Conformed to the diagnostic criteria for primary osteoporosis: According to the guidelines for the diagnosis and management of primary osteoporosis(2017). 2.aged 40-70 years; 3.consciousness is clear and cognitive function is normal; 4.Sign the informed consent and voluntarily participate in this experiment.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Participants with cardiovascular, liver, kidney, or hematopoietic system diseases; 2. Participants with hemiplegia, handicap of activity and long stay in bed; 3.Having serious other chronic, consumptive diseases; 4.Diseases affecting the dynamic balance of bone metabolism. 5.Have used or are using anti-osteoporosis drugs (such as bisphosphonates, calcitonin, etc.); 6. The participant who is allergic to the study drugs; 7.Drug or alcohol dependence or abusers; 8.Patients participating in other clinical trials.
