Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Meet the diagnostic criteria for ischemic stroke and post stroke cognitive impairment. 2. First stroke with unilateral lesion. 3.Age 18-80 years old,gender is not limited. 4. Stable vital signs. 5.MoCA score<26. 6.Volunteer to sign the informed consent form.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1.Unstable vital signs. 2. Severe heart and lung diseases (such as moderate to severe heart valve disease, moderate to severe pulmonary hypertension, decompensated heart failure, etc.), multiple organ failure, malignant tumors, severe Mental disorder, etc. 3. Lower limb venous thrombosis, active thrombophlebitis. 4. Various hemorrhagic diseases or obvious bleeding tendencies. 5. Arrhythmias that may interfere with the electrocardiogram function of EECP device. 6. Pre stroke cognitive impairment, such as Alzheimer's disease, Parkinson's disease, dementia and Mild cognitive impairment. 7. Cognitive impairment caused by other reasons, such as alcohol and drug abuse. 8. Unable to cooperate due to other reasons.
