PD-FOG:During the performance of tasks, simultaneous collection of brain cortical blood flow signals and kinematic data by using near-infrared, surface electromyography, and sensor devices.
PD-nFOG:During the performance of tasks, simultaneous collection of brain cortical blood flow signals and kinematic data by using near-infrared, surface electromyography, and sensor devices.
HC:During the performance of tasks, simultaneous collection of brain cortical blood flow signals and kinematic data by using near-infrared, surface electromyography, and sensor devices.

55 Years to 80 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: PD inclusion criteria: 1)Age 55-80 years old;2)Clear diagnosis of Parkinson's disease;3)Willingness to participate in the study during medication off periods;4)If undergoing deep brain stimulation therapy, willingness to participate in the study during stimulation-off periods;5)Ability to independently walk continuously for more than 10 meters during off periods. Healthy control inclusion criteria: Age 55-80 years old.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: PD exclusion criteria: 1)Recent fracture within the past six months that affects balance function;2)Neurological disorders or other symptoms unrelated to PD, such as visual impairment or vestibular dysfunction;3)Significant cognitive impairment (MMSE < 24).
