Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) 150 patients were selected to undergo gynecological lower abdominal surgery under general anesthesia with tracheal intubation; (2) Age 20-55 years old; (3)BMI 18.5 ~ 24.9kg/m2; (4)ASA ? or ? grade, (5) mouth opening =2.5cm, chin distance =6.5cm, head and neck motion normal, Mallampati ? or ? grade.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1)BMI=25kg/m2; (2) difficult airway; (3) Airway hyperreactive disease within 1 month; (4) Allergic history of benzodiazepines, non-depolarizing muscle relaxants, and opioids; (5) have myasthenia gravis, neurological or psychiatric diseases; (6) Cardiovascular and brain diseases and recent use of drugs that have an impact on the cardiovascular system; (7) A history of drug abuse or alcoholism; (8) Recent use of analgesic drugs; (9) Patients with severe anemia, coagulation dysfunction, etc.
