Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: ? meet the diagnostic criteria for UWS as proposed by Giacino in 2010 for the international diagnosis of MCS in 2002; or have had MCS or UWS in the past and now have EMCS; and normal individuals. ?Patients without a recent tendency to improve consciousness who have been ill for more than 1 month ? No sedative or antiepileptic medication within the last 1 month. ? Absence of cranial defects. ? No significant cerebral edema and no severe brain atrophy. ? Age 18-70 years; ?Normal control or informed consent signed by the patient's family.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: ?history of previous neurological or psychiatric disorders. ?previous history of craniocerebral trauma. ?History of tumor. ?unstable vital signs. ?There was a cranial defect. ?The patient's family did not sign the informed consent form.
